Molly Maid — a Neighborly companyHome Estimate

Your price in 7 minutes.

A quick, free video call. Here’s how it goes:

  • Meet Molly, your AI virtual estimator, on a live video call.
  • She confirms your address and checks your home’s public records with you.
  • Show her around however feels natural. She follows your lead, room by room.
  • We keep a transcript and about one photo per room. The live video itself isn’t stored.
  • Your estimate appears on your screen the moment the walkthrough ends.
  • No payment information is collected.

So Molly can greet you by name and your local office can reach you about your estimate.

Your phone will ask to use your camera and microphone next.
